Urban Rhythm is conceived as a contemporary tower whose identity emerges from the interplay of transparency, horizontal articulation, and integrated planting. Full-height glazing wraps around rounded corners, while projecting façade bands give depth and continuity to the building’s vertical composition. Solid grey surfaces and vertical slatted accents provide a measured contrast to the expansive glass, creating a balanced palette of textures and proportions. Greenery punctuates the façades at selected levels, softening the building’s edges and connecting its architecture to the surrounding landscape. At roof level, an open frame with overhead slats defines a planted terrace and gives the tower a distinctive silhouette. Together, these elements establish an elegant architectural presence within the urban setting.
